Perhaps one of the most common questions we hear in the digital marketing industry is; Is Google Ads more beneficial for my business or SEO?

All clients expect us to choose one side and convince them to buy this service. But this is not the reality. Let's dig a little deeper into the subject...
SEO is optimizations that allow you to be more visible organically in search engines and drive traffic without spending additional advertising fees. Today, with the increase in the number of websites in search engines, competition has increased and SEO strategies have not started to bring fast results as before. So does this mean that SEO work is unnecessary? Not. SEO works basically; It ensures that your website works fast, URL layouts are formed, the right keywords are determined and you are visible when those words are searched, the content and titles on your website are in order, and with some technical processes, the search engine analyzes your site and places it most accurately. It also allows you to get traffic from other websites by printing content from them, which is called a backlink.
On the other hand, Google Ads allows your website, products, or services to be seen and recognized by people on Google and Youtube with different campaign strategies and pay-per-click methods. Our main goal in Google Ads campaigns is to set up the campaign with the appropriate strategy for you, to bring the right content to users with A/B tests to ensure efficiency, and to continuously improve the campaign by checking your data, fixing any problems or optimizing your budget according to efficient metrics.
Now that we have summarized both digital marketing tools, we can conclude. Google Ads or SEO? We have two answers. If you don't have the budget, get SEO training and try to do it yourself, even if it's amateurish. If you have a budget, do both with professionals. Because;
-Correct technical SEO increases the speed of your site, a visitor who clicks on your Google ad visits your website. The click is not wasted.
-If your site has a high organic rate, it is easier to feed it with Google ads.
-If your site's content structure is such that visitors will like it and stay for a long time and reach what they want, you are more likely to convert to Google ads.
-If your content, titles, and keywords are organized, you will organize the titles and descriptions in Google ads accordingly and your Google Ads page quality will be high. This makes it easier for the algorithm to learn and allows you to be at the forefront with a cheaper CPC.
